It's a great little house, tiled in main living areas, brand new kitchen with granite countertops. The carpet in the bedrooms need to be replaced. The facia needs to be repainted. It looks like some shingles were (or need to be replaced on the roof. One of the rooms has a wall a/c, even though it has central a/c (I think when they added the central a/c, they didn't remove this wall unit). It's light and bright and fenced in for your new puppy. Probably a little to far for the little ones to walk to the beach, but one day they could be biking there. It's down the block from a small golf course. Most of the windows are jalousie (many small panes great for air flow but not as secure as other windows).
